Over 40 years’ experience in providing QS, PM, Risk Management, Strategic Consultancy Services across a wide range of projects types in different sectors of construction, particularly in rail, ports, power, petrochem, heavy industrial and manufacturing facilities. Experience gained in both contracting and professional practice.Experienced in all forms of procurement eg trad, D&B, PFI/BSF, EPC etc via JCT, ICC and NEC etc.Prior to moving across to consultancy in 1999 I held senior positions in main contracting with major international construction groups, latterly as UK Commercial Director for a major international power and process sector contractor working on a range of projects from £multimillion to £½ billion power stations.Since my move into consultancy, I have continued to work and act as main lead on major projects for national and international clients across the UK, providing significant high level strategic, programme, risk and dispute resolution advice.
