I have successfully completed ten years of retail sales in the Ag business. This followed nine years in Whole selling equipment to CIH dealers. Now that the Agriculture Market has made a full swing in the best retail sales in history followed by the next two years of low grain prices and lower retail, with high used inventory, we see which manager really has a strong understanding of business. My experience in the tough years as well as the good years I can manage a successful, profitable, business. With a full understanding of long term business, the day to day business must be ran with flexibility, with fundamental expense ratio, and risk control.
