I am a certified mediator and conflict coach. I help clients resolve disputes in commercial areas such as media and entertainment, business and the workplace as well as interpersonal areas involving marital and family issues.In addition, I coach NYPD officers in conflict de-escalation techniques and teach mediation skills to the apprentices at the New York Peace Institute.Before becoming a mediator, I worked for 35 years in the network news and entertainment business as producer and executive producer for CBS and ABC. I am the recipient of four national Emmys, a Peabody Award, an Investigators Reporters and Editors Award, and an Edward R. Murrow Award.Over the course of my career, I have had extensive experience as a producer, writer, director, executive editor, development executive and executive producer. The net result of this is a broad understanding our our industry from small production details to major management and budget issues.
