Currently I sit in the chair of President. This privilege allows me to serve others, facilitating innovation, effectiveness and the health of systems that catalyze the thriving of front line global workers. In addition to my life long calling to mission, investing in the next generation through coaching is a hobby and love that allows me to put my teaching, strategy, and motivational gifts to work in a competitive environment. I love the opportunity to work with students as they grow in excellence and teamwork, while learning that their worth is not connected to their performance. I have coached at many levels, including college intramural, middle school, high school, rec, church league and YMCA - both soccer and basketball since 1980. In addition, from 1994 to 2006 I served providing leadership and direction on the Board of Directors of Marion, IL's vibrant church league basketball program. I was also a founding member and coach in the girls league in Marion. From 2009 to 2012, I served as an assistant middle school basketball coach for Regent Preparatory School in Tulsa. During the 2015/16 season, I served as an assistant basketball coach for the Green Country Defenders and their boys 16U 3A NCHBC National Champion team as well as their boys 18U 1A NCHBC National Champion team. During the 2016/2017 season I served as a Green Country Defenders boys varsity assistant coach on the 18U 3A NCHBC National Silver Ball winning team.I no longer sit on a bench, but the tools of coaching are still a part of my daily life.
