CurrentOversee all aspects of day-to-day operations management, including loss prevention, budgeting, staff scheduling and supervision, and inventory control. Manage all human resources functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, performance management and disciplinary actions. Analyze data to measure business performance and improve customer satisfaction. Plan and execute strategies to leverage resources given to achieve project expectations. Oversee expansion to OMNI (online) businesses that are impacted at the store level. Mentor and develop leadership team. Take on captainships to improve district performance, including rolling out and sustaining a peer mentorship program, driving operational results, and acquiring credit.
