For the past 30 yrs i've worked in the automotive service industry, in both retail and wholesale, service and repair. at times, both at the same time. it is my experience that the customer/client is the 'professional' in regards their vehicle, and i am someone who may be able to help, or assist them, in solving a problem or issue with said vehicle. Getting the customer/client to talk about, share, what the issue and/or, problem is for them, becomes the most critical portion of any of our transactions. It is my goal to solve their problem, fix their issue. To do it right the first time, to the best of my ability, without any misunderstanding, and/or misinterpretation, leaving the customer/client with - in essence giving them - 'peace-of-mind' through communication, honesty, and trust.
