This engagement was a Corp to Corp arrangement through GeoLogics to the Raytheon Corp. I formed Seacliff Electronic Commerce and I am a W2 employee of that company.

Hartford, Connecticut Area

Worked to help review and update the IT Governance Plan for The MDC Metropolitan Water District. Since 1929 the Metropolitan District (MDC) has managed the Hartford region's water and sewer systems developed in the 1850's. Recently the District implemented SAP for its business operations.

Somerset, New Jersey

Project Manager in a crisis situation. CSC established a 10-year outsourcing contract with AT&T Wireless. Part of the Contract required CSC to re-locate 145 subsumed employees in New Jersey to a CSC facility and to establish network and telephone capabilities that met AT&T’s strict security requirements. I took over the project when it was six months behind schedule. CSC was being assessed a $500,000 penalty each month that the project continued and security requirements continued to change. Under my leadership, the penalties stopped in three months when the team met the physical move requirement. The balance of the project established an efficient, cost-effective worldwide network. This project required extensive written and verbal communication with AT&T and CSC management and the developing and employing problem solving skills.

Santa Clara, Ca

Project manager for the design, development and support of Data Warehouse functions for Nortel Networks worldwide. Nortel acquired many companies during the early 1990’s. Each of these companies had their own information system. Nortel used a data warehouse concept to centralize sales and inventory management around the world. The technology was Oracle’s data warehouse tool and Cognos reporting software. This activity became more important in the late 1990’s to report sales and earnings as required by the SEC.

Calgary, Canada Area

Project Manager for the Baan IV ERP Implementation Project for the Calgary System House of Nortel Networks. Managed both CSC employees subsumed from Nortel as well as contractors. Entered the project after CSC outsourcing was in place to bring CSC Repeatable Project Management and Catalyst methodology to bear in Calgary. Established Configuration Management, Issue Tracking, Project Definition and Project Planning according to CSC procedures. Functions included shop floor control, warehousing and distribution and product configuration management.

El Segundo, Ca

Served as a Business Architect and Project Manager for development of distributor compensation system for Herbalife, a major international multi-level-marketing corporation. Managed Software Development Lifecycle. Directed a suitability study for CSC as contractor for Edwards AFB. Prepared a demonstration based on Edwards and Joint Test Range requirements. Conducted a demonstration which was video taped. This demonstration led to selection of Oracle 11 Applications for the test range contingent on follow-on contract award and helped CSC to prepare the proposal for expansion of their effort. CSC has managed all facets of Edwards Air Force Base for over sixteen years.Prepared and presented project proposals and business cases for two major DOD Requests for Proposals through CSC’s Federal Systems Division in Moorestown, NJ. Proposals were for the modernization of logistics for both the Army and the Navel Air maintenance depots.Manufacturing Team Project Manager in the reimplementation of Honeywell Corporations Measurex process manufacturing ERP at Temple Inland Corporation, Beaumont, TX. Temple Inland is a process manufacturer of paper products. Processes included shop floor control.

Several positions in manufacturing, supply chain and operations control. Active in the proposal area. Key in the 747 fuselage, F/A-18, F-5, F-20 and other programs. Key in developing product support systems for several aircraft systems. Final position was Director implementing ERP systems for several divisions. Implemented an integrated suite of systems in two divisions of the Military Aircraft Division. C\PIOS and MACPAC\D core systems with related systems. Replaced legacy systems in place since 1965. Division employment of 11,000. C\PIOS supported Boeing747 fuselage McDonnell Douglas F/A 18 fuselage, Northrop F-5 fighter aircraft product support. MACPAC\D supported classified TASSM missile program. Projects exceeded planned goals in bill of material improvement, indirect labor reduction and work in process reduction. Both successful implementations used the Conference Room Pilot approach.Project Manager for a successful Government self audit and demonstration at both Northrop’s Military Aircraft Division and Electronics Division. Project Manager for Product Delivery Enterprise Architecture program.
