Part of the Contract required CSC to re-locate 145 subsumed employees in New Jersey to a CSC facility and to establish network and telephone capabilities that met AT&T’s strict security requirements. I took over the project when it was six months behind schedule. CSC was being assessed a $500,000 penalty each month that the project continued and security requirements continued to change. Under my leadership, the penalties stopped in three months when the team met the physical move requirement. The balance of the project established an efficient, cost-effective worldwide network. This project required extensive written and verbal communication with AT&T and CSC management and the developing and employing problem solving skills.
