Hal lead the development of RPG's most recent project which is a boutique mixed-use concept located in the heart of Lenexa's City Center. THE LOFTS at City Center will further refine and improve the boutique, mixed-use concept pioneered by the InterUrban Lofts. THE LOFTS will offer 65 apartments, 10,000 sq. ft. of class A office space and a heated, reserved parking garage. It serves the market segment who prefer a smaller, more artsy and very cool place to live and work by featuring top-of-the-market amenities usually found in larger apartment properties and office buildings. The project was opened in September, 2020.

Walker is one of Kansas City's oldest ongoing businesses, dates back to 1878 and today is the dominant family owned industrial laundry in greater Kansas City area. Markets served include manufacturing, food processing, grocery, service, retail, medical and food and beverage industries. Personal experience over the last 30 years was in all phases of the company with heavy emphasis in plant operations, building and equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance and utility management. Current focus is service as a director.

On the Downtown Overland Park Partnership Board of Directors since 2016. DOPP is a non-profit organization contracted by the City of Overland Park to advance the marketing, recruitment, physical enhancement and redevelopment of Downtown Overland Park. DOPP serves as a liaison between businesses, the City of Overland Park, the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, and the community as a whole. On the board of the InterUrban ArtHouse, a 501 c 3 located in Downtown Overland Park, KS since 2014. The mission of the InterUrban ArtHouse is to create a hub for artists, arts-based businesses and creative industries to cause a positive cultural and economic impact in the community. This is accomplished by promoting creative placemaking, artistic expression, cultural and economic expansion in the heart of Johnson County, KS.Formed the 39th St. Community Improvement District in 2004 and served on its Board of Directors from 2004 to 2015. Served as the Board's Chairman from 2009 throught 2015. The 39th St. CID was the first sales-tax funded CID in the state of Missouri and it was formed to enhance security, beautification and marketing for the businesses on 39th St. between State Line Rd. and Southwest Trafficway in Kansas City, MO.

Commercial mortgage banker and broker. Underwrote, negotiated, placed and funded real estate loans from participating lending institutions on multifamily housing projects nationwide. Predominant funding technique utilized multifamily housing revenue bond issues. From 1984 to 1986 loan fundings were in excess of $300,000,000 for new construction and refinancing of existing multifamily housing communities.

Commercial Mortgage banking and brokerage. Placed loans in the $2M-15M range on office, retail and apartment projects in the greater Houston area. Prepared appraisal, underwriting and loan submission packages for the purpose of placing commercial mortgage loans with insurance companies, banks and pension funds.
