I have received my masters in quality management from the University of Jordan on December 2015 , this program gave me the opportunity to learn how to design or improve monitoring systems, use tools and indicators, which ensure that data collection and analysis are coordinated and standardized , and how to use these data to identify future opportunities for improvements . I also had an extensive training in medication safety and health care quality Management as an Intern in the Department of public health, University of Rochester – Rochester, NY, USA . I have a second master degree in clinical pharmacy which was received from the University of Jordan in July 2011 during which I had the opportunity to have an extensive experience in scientific research in the field of Pharmacy which have sharpen my analytical abilities , provided me with an experience in statistical methods, data management . During my previous job as product manager, provided me with an extensive experience in preparing technical reports and delivering oral presentation in scientific venues and to medical representatives and physicians. In addition, I have extensive training in preparing materials targeted to lay public regarding various drugs and public health issues.
