- Establishing and co-managing classes for the teaching of English for adults and young learners- Recruiting teachers, preparing course time-talbes, selecting and providing teachin materials and educational aids- Planning and implementing marketing strategies and promoting and establishing links with companies and organisations- Monitoring class progress, supervising and assessing teachers- Managing budget of department, monitoring both revenue and expenditure - Administering and running examinations on behalf of boards as required- Organising and making necessary preparations for seminars, activities, fairs and events related to the department and held at the Russian Centre.
