Interior Designer / Sales:-Sales of marble and building material .-Follow-up with clients on projects . -BOQ preparation and filling -Pricing and cutting lists.-Assist clients with their choice of material, providing them with samples, presentations, quotations.-Follow up clients order from the moment of their order confirmation till the date of delivery.-After sales service, to ensure that customers receive the best service and they are satisfied with our products.-Prepare and Handle all projects pricing, BOQ's to meet the sales target set within the given deadline.-Professional material researches-Creating new tiling plans, wall cladding, cnc design, carvings…-Material implementation and 3d visualisation.-Creating new texture designs for marble if needed.-Elaborating material details.Purchase Order:-Looking for new suppliers / sources and new products.-Negotiating prices with supplier to get the best deal.-Order material as per clients demands.-Follow up on orders with suppliers regarding production time, selection of goods, and shipment booking.-Reporting to suppliers for material claim if there's any,and cooperate to solve problem with minimal lossLogistic Coordinator:-Contacting logistics companies to get respective quotations.-Handling shipments: booking, loading, securing insurance, checking and follow up on documents.-Contact clearing agent to ensure that clearance procedure is performed smoothly and prepare respective documents accordingly.-Make sure that goods were unloaded safely at warehouse.
