Essential Duties:1. Responsible for evaluating children ASD, and developmental disabilities.2. Working closely with parents, teachers, and other team members.3. Writing OT goals and closely mentoring them to assure accomplishments.4. Responsible for educating and supporting staff.5. Planning and designing workshops and trainings.6. Delivering trainings and workshops for colleagues, parents, and community.7. Serve as a resource for OT staff and teachers regarding assessments, materials, OT curriculum, and reports.8. Manage budget and ordering.9. Schedule regular SCT meetings with staff members.10. Deliver positive and constructive feedback to staff members.11. Preparing training packets, welcoming packets, and schedules for new staff.12. Conducting program orientation for new staff through demonstration of teaching skills (i.e. assessment tools) and direct training on OT programs.
