For 8 years Hala led Microsoft Canberra with strong client centred, partner focused strategic engagement to deliver high and consistent business results with significant staff, clients and partners satisfaction.Hala led and engaged with the broader Microsoft teams, clients and business partners to influence how the Federal Government market viewed, engaged and derived value from Microsoft. Hala defined, optimised and delivered multi-year strategies and business plans for the past 8 years culminating in the opening of two strategic Azure Cloud Services Data Centres in Canberra. Under Hala's leadership, client centred and value driven engagement, Microsoft Canberra delivered strong financial, commercial and client satisfaction results in line with company expectation with consistent growth in software, cloud services and professional consulting and support services.Hala continuously built strategic alliances with local, national and multi-national business partners resulting in increased partner satisfaction, revenue and engagement. As the Microsoft Federal Director, Hala led the strategy and negotiations with the Commonwealth of Australia for Microsoft's Whole of Government framework agreement in 2012 and 2016 resulting in two significant and strategic three-year software agreements. Hala defined and executed strategic client engagement frameworks and was twice awarded Microsoft Customer and Partner Experience award.Hala was consistently recognised for her achievements and leadership and was awarded Microsoft Platinum Club in 2014 (top 10% of Microsoft employees world-wide) for exceeding revenue expectations as well as internal, client and partner engagement and satisfaction results.
