I am a seasoned business leader with extensive corporate experience in leading multi-million dollar sales organizations across different geographies from North America to Europe, Middle East and Africa. 

During my sales career, I worked at Cisco as Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise Business and later managed Data Center and Cloud business. Prior to that, I had brought Extreme Networks from California to Dubai, covering the Middle East and Africa, and managed Compaq Computer (later HP) networking business. I later joined Avaya as sales leader for Western Canada, leading sales, transformation to subscription and cloud, services, channel, marketing, and system engineering teams covering Manitoba to British Columbia. On the channel side, I led Autodesk's channel organization in Turkey and the Middle East as Regional Director. 

I recently returned to Dubai and joined SUSE (/su:zə/) leading the MENA region. 
On the entrepreneurial side, I had founded Funryde, UK's first realtime, on-demand, ridesharing platform. I stayed in the startup scene, and later sat on the other side of the table as partner at KCP Capital, focusing on impact investments and venture capital in the tech sector. I also advised on a number of blockchain projects including the first blockchain project to go live in Dubai with the Department of Finance, Government of Dubai in 2018. 

I have a solid background in the technology sector with special interest in new disruptive technologies and trends. I am a passionate advocate of leveraging technology for business and social transformation, education and human capital development, financial inclusion, and sustainable and innovative environmental initiatives.

I am an Executive MBA graduate of London Business School with focus on Strategy and Entrepreneurship. I attended Columbia Business School and Hong Kong University as part of my MBA program. I have attended the Blockchain Strategy program at The University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, and I have a Computer and Communications Engineering degree from the American University of Beirut.
