Produced software user manual by writing clear instructions and sourcing visual aides.Spearheaded hazards analysis project for 10 chemical processing units at the largest butadiene production plant in the world. Facilitated workshops with plant personnel to identify hazards and current safeguards, determine deficiencies and provide recommendations for closing any safety, environmental and operational gaps in each unit. Managed database of required action items and delegated tasks to appropriate plant personnel. Ensured all action items were sufficiently and accurately completed.

Providing solutions to manage hazards and risks in the oil and gas industry.Acted as a forensics expert to investigate a fatal incident at a gas processing plant. Set up and maintained database to collect and maintain over 300 pieces of evidence. Used engineering and process safety expertise to determine root cause of incident through evaluation of witness statements, evidence and historical data. Interacted cooperatively with plant personnel, lawyers, multiple government agencies, unions and hired contractors to address all issues at the incident site.
