Project Manager
Current- Manage and supervise the implementation of all aspects related to project activities.
- Maintain positive relations with key stockholders including authorities and partners.
- Ensure that project management methods, standards, and processes are applied and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading and reviewing procurement processes and related internal documentation.
- Monthly review of the actual project spending against budget; development of mitigation and action plans to ensure proper burn rate and compliant spending
- Project Team and performance management.
