Manage all aspects of the compliance program, including policy development and management; coordinate the internal audit, monitor, and fraud prevention efforts; conduct and report on research; client record management and other privacy officer responsibilities as it relates to HIPAA and other applicable laws; conduct investigations and recommend action; monitor incidents and lead risk reduction efforts; and, most importantly, communicate audit results, research, and risks through reports and training in order to drive compliance and quality assurance.

Work directly with children with autism or related disorders, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a data-driven science that gives individuals the skills they need to see improved quality of life. This role also included management of operations and supervision of staff at one of our locations, as well as taking the lead on opening a new location.
