About Danny Halarewich

Hi 👋, I’m an entrepreneur and product leader passionate about e-commerce and the outdoor industry. As the CEO of Orbit, a Tiny (TSXV:TINY) company, I’m currently focused on helping outdoor gear brands streamline and grow their Pro Purchase Programs through our Shopify app, Alliance Pro.With over a decade of experience in e-commerce SaaS, I’ve helped hundreds of small businesses launch and scale their online stores—some reaching tens of millions in annual revenue. Now, I’m applying that expertise to help outdoor gear brands transform pros, influencers, and athletes into passionate brand ambassadors who elevate brand visibility and ultimately drive full-price retail sales. In early 2019, I joined Mailchimp after they acquired my company, LemonStand. As Head of Commerce, I developed the initial product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mailchimp Stores and assembled a team to execute it. I also helped establish Mailchimp’s first international office in Vancouver, growing our team sixfold within a year and implementing a lean, agile business incubation model.Previously, as Founder and CEO of LemonStand—a scrappy but VC-backed e-commerce platform—I was committed to helping small businesses succeed online. Prior to that, I led a web design and development agency, completing major projects for brands like Telltale Games, MasterCard, and Yahoo.Being an avid outdoorsman, I immerse myself in a variety of activities including fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, camping, snowshoeing, and snowboarding. Exploring remote streams, lakes, and trails—whether by foot, bike, or Jeep—provides me with firsthand insight into the outdoor community’s needs and passions. This deep connection informs my approach to helping outdoor gear brands gain market share. If you’re an outdoor gear brand looking to enhance your Pro Purchase Program and drive growth, let’s connect. I’d love to discuss how Alliance Pro can support your goals.
