- Represent the client team in appointing contractors to accelerate progress and initiate works on site.- Manage the design progress with the designer and related approvals and dialogue with the operator.- Manage the contractor teams to meet design and operator requirements within specs and schedule.- Perform regular site visits and manage the supervision teams to guarantee work is met efficiently. - Report thru monthly meetings to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and ensure proper progress.

- Produce informational, analytical and external reports to improve status and delivery of works.- Coordinate and manage works with stakeholders to obtain approvals, expedite deliverables, and to meet planning schedule and contract.- Perform regular site visits and manage the teams to solve changes resulted from site issues, client and buyer’s requirements.

- Lead Project Management role of ID&FFE scope of work reporting directly to Project Director.- Review / evaluate Lead Designer Consultant tender & commercial proposals to advise the Client. - Execute and perform creative presentations of the project to executive teams and designers.- Assist contracts department in preparing Requests for proposals.

Mentor, manage and provide support to existing team members for successful team results - Take lead in technical matters and projects management to provide solutions and track logs - Provide technical design solutions and leading projects in various stages until handing over - Ensure deliverables are reached as per client requirements within scope / time constraints - Responsible for managing tender documentation of all stages.

- Ensure implementation of Client & Operator requirements within scope & time constraints.- Coordinate between main architects, designers and specialist subcontractors for milestone deliverables of four hotel Mock Up rooms and Westin Spa.- Lead coordination between designers, Client and Operators to obtain ID materials approvals.- Responsible for producing & reviewing core architectural and ID construction drawings and technical schematics to issue for construction.
