CurrentResponsible for all day-to-day operations and facility management including strategic planning, resource development, marketing/communications, membership growth, website, community outreach, artist relations, promotions, event management, vendor relations, finance/budgets and program administration in support of organizational goals. Emphasis on continual growth, annual sustainable development, and creating a community culture that stimulates socially-responsible artistic experimentation, arts education and artist advancement. Manage full & part-time staff of 15 and 65 volunteers, a $4MM budget and hold full fiscal accountability.Senior Leadership ══════════════════════> Increased earnings and profit year-over-year utilizing an ROI approach to create new profit centers and revenue streams (Concessions and Facility Rentals).> Expanded facility rentals and usage to capitalize on addition traffic by activating visitors to interact with the art world. Achieved Facility Rental growth from $162k (FY16) to $275k (FY19).> Developed turn-key solutions that expanded member programs/services including professional, educational and social activities resulting in membership retention and growth from 21k (FY16) to 38k (FY19).> Implement best practices in the areas of managing high quality facilities, improving customer service delivery, and re-direct organizational priorities to improve performance standards.> Maintain and upgrade all technology and systems including computer hardware, software, system upgrades, protection, phone, internet, alarms and more.> Supervise building upgrades, maintenance and repairs serving as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and County/City agencies.Provide financial overview and leadership for major operating considerations and effectively maximize fiscal results. ***Continued below
