Managed the break pack department of 35 people. Responsible for meeting daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals. Had the #1 department in productivity for 2005. In charge of distribution center's safety program . Ensured that the 400 person warehouse was OSHA compliant. Developed a new system to track loose pieces and to get them properly back into inventory.

Managed the high security media department for 1.4 million sq ft distribution center. Responsible for event planning for entire 1600 person distribution including company picnic, production awards, holiday party and executive meetings. Helped managed $1,000,000 department budget and had to ensure that budget goals were kept and maintained. Went through extensive leadership training while training to be distribution operational manager.
