The due diligence included establishing upstream gas price and delivery feasibility, estimating pipeline and LNG plant tolls and verifying against the project’s estimated values, and explaining the effects of First Nations’ involvement with the projects and new tax regime for LNG plants in Canada. • Small Scale LNG Transaction: Provided due diligence on a small-scale LNG company buyout, including business potential, expansion viability and enterprise valuation.

• Market Analysis focused on SE Asia: Carried out a gas market study to identify a potential market for LNG, with major focus on Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and Hong-Kong, with assessment of other SE Asian countries. The study focused on gas import possibility through LNG SPAs and infrastructure investments• FSRU Term-sheet and Charter rate evaluation: For a client based in Singapore, carried out an assessment of FSRU term-sheet for possible loopholes, evaluated FSRU charter rate in the current market, and estimated the acceptable charter rate for a newbuild FSRU, along with the rate for a short-term bridging solution. • Bangladesh gas market study: Carried out Bangladesh gas market study, with focus on allocation of natural gas resources and variation in the natural gas pricing in different consumer segments in Bangladesh.
