This involved:Coordinating room bookings for various events and meetings;Taking accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes;Being a practical voice in meetings;Completing risk assessment forms to ensure safety protocols are followed;Booking equipment and speakers, consulting with relevant personnel as necessary;Managing the collection and distribution of incoming mail and packages;Staying updated on evolving union policies and procedures;Other general administrative tasks.
