Reporting to the HR Manager, as a team, collectively responsible for the HR function for the Group. As HR Advisor, worked with the team for employee relations, HR administration, learning and development in a very multi-cultural environment. As the first point of internal contact within the HR team, responsible for providing satisfactory response to employee queries.

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), DubaiReporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, with direct management responsibility for 8, assisted the GSK Global team with the communication, implementing and embedding Partnership for Prevention (P4P) throughout all GNE markets. (P4P is a program that provides up to 40 preventative healthcare services at little or no cost to GSK employees and their eligible family members).

Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, responsible for the supporting of the HR function for employees across 3 divisions. Acted as the HR Expert supporting Managers for the recruitment process. Supported the Payroll team with the administration of the monthly payroll and staff benefits. Provided an advisory service as first point of contact for all HR queries including absence and health issues. Conducted induction and exit procedures.

Reporting to the Head of HR, whilst collectively providing HR support to employees. Full generalist role including HR Administration, Recruitment, ER, Training & Development and Payroll, Employee Benefits and HR Information System.
