Sr. Recruiter
-Full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for job opportunities with corporate office and management roles across 80+ retail locations-Contributes to staffing efforts for Alex Lee companies MDI and W. Lee Flowers-Utilizes LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. to source qualified candidates for job openings -Advertises job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks; assists with brand awareness on social media sites-Leads the management recruiting process and serves as the liaison for management students throughout their training experience-Performs ATS administrative functions for Lowes Foods and assists other Alex Lee companies as needed-Conducts monthly training sessions for users of company ATS to improve store interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process -Mentors new Recruiters on ATS functions and TA team best practices -Works with Talent Acquisition team to identify ways to improve applicant experience during the onboarding process; Partners with corporate hiring managers to organize new host orientations -Assists with campus recruiting by networking with colleges across the Carolinas and regularly attending career fairs
