I have started full time as a Systems Engineer with Ball Aerospace. I am currently working on the Ozone Mapping Profiler Suite (OMPS) for the JPSS-2 satellite. Since working on JPSS-1 last summer, this has been great to go a level deeper and work on one of the instruments.

While finishing up my degree at CU, I am continuing my work at Ball Aerospace with the Ozone Mapping and Profiler Suite (OMPS) team! I was the project manager, as well as an optics team member, for the HELIOS V mission. This project was the fifth iteration of the HELIOS program, which aimed to prove the viability of solar observation from the stratosphere. Our goal with HELIOS V was to build off the success of the HELIOS IV mission and implement an optics system.

I was one of the project managers for a High Altitude Student Platform (HASP) mission. The Stratospheric Microbe and Bacteria Accumulator (SIMBA) payload launched in September 2015 and collected microorganisms and environmental data on the microbes' living conditions from the stratosphere. I was commissioned over summer 2015 to paint a mural in one of the offices in the new Idea Forge building on campus. The mural was a history of popular anime starting with Astroboy (1963) to Death Parade (2015). It features over 30 shows and over 40 characters. In Fall 2015, I also completed a mural for Andrews Hall.

I created and lead STEM activities for middle school girls. This included creating lesson plans, speaking to student groups, and guiding activities.

One of the opening members for the newest Colorado Springs store. I work in the shop as a sandwich maker, cashier, and at the drive thru.

With Camp Invention I spent a week during the summer working with a children from 1st to 6th grade. My job was working directly with the 5th to 6th grade students to lead them in STEM activities throughout the day. In this position I also worked with other counselors and teachers involved in the program.
