Lifestyle Brand and personal design shop of Haleigh Hoff.As a one-person shop my roles and responsibilities included designing and creating products, marketing and sales, social media management, managing finances, production and fulfillment and building and maintaining relationships.

At Blackbird my work stretched across the multiple branches of the company with the focus of maintaining the visual brand through multiple acquisitions. I lead all design projects and content creation on the marketing team and worked on all web design projects with the software development team in both the B2C and B2B product ecosystem. Design projects included the website redesign and launch campaign of the new blackbirdgo.com e-commerce marketplace website. Daily responsibilities included art direction and content creation for marketing and product initiatives, designing and writing email newsletters, managing social media profiles, video & photography production, and editorial content for the Discover blog on BlackbirdGo.

As Designer at Bhava Communications it is my responsibility to research, design and produce all original content for digital and print materials, social media profiles and the agencies website. I work directly with our clients as well as continue to push the Bhava brand with design and marketing assets in-house. The majority of my responsibilities within the digital and print materials includes infographics, brochures, survey reports, presentations, email newsletter templates, swag design and more. Infographic placements include CSO Online, Infoworld, ComputerWeekly, NetworkWorld, InsideBigData, and Dataversity.Within web design I am responsible for the entire website redesign from concept to the final product (front-end development), regularly updating agency website; maintaining the Bhava Blog, present recommendations for improvements to client websites; design landing pages for clients and creating icons and brand assets for clients sites.

Process customer designs according to specifications made earlier in the line of communication between customer and CustomInk associates. Update aesthetics including but not limited to ink color, alignment, placement on product, product constraints, print size minimums and general sensibility of the overall design. Awareness of apparel styles, sizes, ink subtleties is essential; all design changes made are communicated to the customer and printer clearly, accompanied by proof images.

Hip Hop and Tap instructor at Nevada Dance Academy since 2006. Besides teaching and choreography, I have also built and managed NDA's website and social media profiles since 2010. Other services include studio merchandise designer (seasonal t-shirts, logo designs, hats, sweatshirts) and advertising both on web and print.

Out&About Marketing specializes in digital, word-of-mouth and social media marketing for small to medium size brands, specifically in the travel&tourism, health & fitness and outdoor & recreation industries or any company or individual that offers a remarkable product or service.In my role I created original content and managed the social media profiles for multiple clients in the Lake Tahoe and Truckee areas. I produced online advertisements, email marketing content and infographics for both the agency and clients.

In my final year of college, I interned with Envirolution to gain experience in all things media. This was my first experience as a content contributor and curator, and I was lucky to work with a small team who made sure I gained experience in many mediums.
