As chapter treasurer, I managed the finances of our chapter. I assigned monthly dues to each chapter member along with conduct meetings to discuss financial burdens to conduct a solution for individual members. I managed and created 20 individual budgets for the other members on the Exec board as well as our directors totaling $60k. I also wrote and send all of the checks and money needed for chapter events/ expenses as well as maintained a positive relationship with our national headquarters.

In SMILE Fund, I conducted research on specific stocks, analyzed and forecasted financial statements, and evaluated investment strategies in order to successfully invest money wisely into the stock market. As the Lead Analyst of the Financials sector, I made monthly reports with both quantitative and qualitative analysis on a stock of interest.

I used persuasive selling techniques to help the store meet sales goals and was given a recognition award for excellent customer service from the district manager. At times, my manager delegated the task of sending other associates on breaks to me as well as had me look after the store alone when she needed to do a different task. I learned many interpersonal skills through this job and also was able to obtain numerous problem-solving skills.

Through being a Child Care Attendant, I learned how to problem solve as well as create a safe yet fun environment for the children. Parents would drop their kids off at this daycare facility for up to two hours while they worked out within the complex. Daily tasks included checking children in at the front desk, monitoring kids ages 0-12 years old, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and closing down the facility.
