In this position, I helped in the update of the website of McMaster Engineering. I tested the new content management system and aided in shaping the design of the new site so that it would be easy to use by the rest of the faculty and staff members. I also aided in moving content from the old system to the new system, and created new content for use on the website.In addition, I continued to create digital content for social media and print. I was involved in creating new brand guidelines for McMaster University, and applied them to new designs. I learned to apply marketing strategies to create effective campaigns.I also represented McMaster Engineering at events such as CityAge Conference, and other external-facing events. This taught me skills in networking, and allowed me to learn from others outside of the university.

My work in the Faculty of Engineering has brought up the quality of our external advertisements, social media accounts, and promotions. I led production of various media campaigns, including graphic design, videos, and web content. I am responsible for making designs for clients, which includes communicating with them to create their vision and managing business requests. I create logos, layouts, and other designs for clients. For example, I designed the Engineering Faculty Welcome Week 2016 and 2017 shirts, worn by over 3000 people. I also designed the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Kipling (McMaster Iron Ring ceremony) branding and logos.

As a part of the McMaster Faculty of Engineering website revitalization project, I updated the website for the Department of Chemical Engineering. This includes writing new text for many of the site sections, as well as creating graphics for the site.
