Kumura is one of the largest companies in Finland focusing on ICT-project management and project development. I was responsible for Kumura marketing strategy and the implementation. Through complete renewal of all marketing functions (incl. brand work, new website, digital marketing, inbound lead process and employee branding etc.) we've gained a huge growth in Kumura's turnover.

Posti's marketing strategy needed rethinking as the business environment is changing radically. eCommerce is growing exponentially whereas postal services are declining rapidly. During 2019-2020 I led Posti's marketing transformation to support the growth of eCom. The first task was to build a new centralized marketing team. With the new team, we focused more on ecommerce and implemented agile marketing way of working to support the business. Telia B2C online shop is one of the biggest smart phone and consumer electronic webshops in Finland. As the online marketing manager my main achievement was to increase the shop's traffic volume. I created and implemented completely new tactics for performance marketing and was able to improve ROAS as much as 50%. This was done by thinking of the consumers' path as a whole digital experience. We built new customer journeys, implemented dynamic programmatic marketing, started targeting strictly instead of reaching for large audiences and completely renewed both SEM and Facebook advertising accounts.

In this position I was developing TeliaSonera Finland's social media customer experience. During this period the incoming SoMe customer messages (tickets) increased by 10x, but we were still able to increase NPS while reducing answering times. This was done by both implementing new tools and developing the team processes. I also took part in developing digital concepts, inboud marketing, online sales planning etc.
