In this position, my primary responsibility will be to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy for a minimum of 20 billable hours per week. This includes maintaining a flexible schedule to cover lunch and break periods, as well as filling in for canceled sessions to ensure that all clients receive therapy.In addition to providing direct services, I will also be supporting technician needs in the clinic regarding breaks and maladaptive behaviors as needed. I will follow the prescribed behavioral protocols outlined in each client's individualized treatment plan developed by the BCBA. It's essential that I ensure documentation is completed on time and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment is paramount, and I will assist in hosting clinic events and supporting the Clinic Manager with scheduling and administrative tasks. I am committed to exceeding attendance expectations, demonstrating strong clinical and training skills, and promoting the growth of Golden Steps by building relationships with current families and community partners.In this role, confidentiality is key, and I will exercise professional judgment and sensitivity in all interactions.
