• Supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and cash posting• Coordination of the day to day operations of the practice• Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff• Develops, implements, and maintains office policies and procedures• Interviews, hires, and trains a productive medical office team and conducts performance reviews

• Follow up on tourism group leads, providing detailed experience options and/or specific requested information (leads generated through NCVC and TN Tourism Dept)• Represent the venue at various offsite events• Serve as main point of contact for private event inquiries from general public, corporate groups, and tourism partners• Execute quotes and contracts for private groups and entities• Lead tour groups, site visits, and walkthroughs of the Goo Goo Shop
