A unordinary event occurred...Three suitcases were packed, a degree was earned, and the adventure of a lifetime began. I was going to Orange County, California to experience life as an AuPair! (Whoop Whoop!!) I know, not the normal thing to do right after you earn or may I say, pay for an expensive degree in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina. But, I didn't care, that degree would always be there. This opportunity though, to live and learn with YouTubers wouldn't. Fast forward, a year and a half has passed and man, can I tell you, I have: Lived. The. Life. I had the opportunity to immerse my self completely and fully with another family. I have learned to be self less, fluid, sonder, and how to love unconditionally. Yes, throughout the journey I have "skills" that can boost my resume. I was practically a house manager, care taker, and provider for this family. In return, I was offered the greatest gift of knowledge on how to successfully grow a YouTube channel and turn it into a fulltime career. However, none of that really matters. Because the biggest take away was self development. Words can not describe how much I learned about my self. I radiate with confidence, I feel happy and secure in times of worry, I have learned to forgive, grown with the Lord, and truly trusted that I have a purpose that is beyond my control. So, I will leave you with this... the job doesn't matter, it's the mindset that does.
