I never wanted to be an insurance broker. Let me explain... I started work at Assurance Healthcare and Counseling Center (a Direct Primary Care medical clinic) in Yakima, WA in 2015. I primarily worked in operations & management. Over the years Assurance has fostered many relationships with local businesses who have found a membership for their employees to be a great benefit. Our biggest hindrance in crafting great plans and saving businesses money... major medical options.Many of the employer groups that were working with us were either 1. completely frustrated with the quality and/or cost of benefits they had available, or 2. looking to offer benefits for the first time and couldn't find a broker that they trusted with the task of crafting a benefits plan. Frank Benefits was created with the mission of offering a simplified, honest, & refreshing approach to group benefits (we aren't afraid to be frank). We want to partner with businesses in order to offer them the very best quality health benefits that are also affordable. We are excited about working more closely with businesses to offer non-insurance options but can also offer traditional health insurance.
