Born and raised in South Florida, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know people of all personalities and from all walks of life. I’ve always been a strong communicator and excelled in my academics. I was the student with an always-full planner, and I largely credited my success in my school years with my ability to remember. I’ve always been able to hold the larger vision without losing sight of the details, and to this day, I believe it is one of my most important traits as a Project Manager.I stepped into the world of Project Management somewhat by chance, but it truly feels like it is what I was meant to do. With a natural aptitude for nuanced soft skills like leadership, critical thinking, and conflict management, further sharpened over time with years of experience, I feel I have truly come to excel in this field.Currently, I am working at LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Project Manager. I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and I am currently studying to obtain my PMP certification. I have over 3 years of experience managing both long and short-term projects, and experience using agile and waterfall methodologies as well as a variety of project management software tools like JIRA, PPMPro, and Smartsheet.I am lucky to say I truly love what I do. I feel invigorated working in this ever-evolving field where there is always more to learn, and I love to empower my project teams so that we can achieve greatness together!
