As a Product Manager, I straddle the areas of technology, business, design, and customer service. I use technology to solve operational issues and create and optimize the way people move. The mobility industry is moving towards autonomous, subscription-based vehicle usage, creating connected and cohesive transportation experiences for people in cities across the world. In my career I help solve some of the hardest problems in mobility.Starting in operational sales, I moved quickly to solving operational problems with hands-on, strategic organization of people and processes. My career then moved rapidly to transport tech, then jumped right into product management, because of my drive to get to the level where I can really make a difference globally.I understand operations and software, but I also understand customer pain points.
