Human Resources Generalist
Current- Potential's HR Generalist plays a crucial role in handling day-to-day Human Resources operations, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks.
- Supervise recruitment process by auditing recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant database, interviews, and background checks.
- Manage employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee questions, concerns, and responds in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries, and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related questions.
- Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding processes for departing employees.
