While I have recently officially graduated with my degree in social work, I have been working as a young social worker for several years through the various jobs and outreach opportunities in which I engage. I work consistently to ensure that not only my clients, but co-workers and supervisors feel supported, heard, and empowered. While I have worked in various settings through my professional experiences, through the creation of my own business, “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay”. I have had the incredible privilege to speak with thousands of teens, educators, and communities about my message and their stories. While there is so much that I feel so deeply passionate about, ensuring that every human I meet truly knows that they are never alone in whatever thought, emotion, or experience they may be feeling is always my top priority. I truly work to build life-long relationships with every child I care for and watching them grow before my eyes has absolutely changed my life. These are not only a large part of my work, but who I am every day and what I plan to continue bringing into every one of my future endeavors as a professional social worker and beyond.
