I attended training and staff meetings regularly. I individually made appointments to give a presentation, starting with those I know and then expanding my network outward. During appointments, I gave a quick 30-40 minute presentation from memory. I filled out all necessary paperwork for the sale, turned it in to the office, and assured that all orders were met and fulfilled to complete customer satisfaction. I did very well during my time there and was promoted to a trainer after 2 months.
