As an extremely adaptable and hard worker, I am thriving in my current role as a corporate Float Chef for Ebenezer/M Health Fairview. My recent positions as a pastry chef at Burch Steak has honed my finer baking skills, as well as my position as a chef and supervisor at Kenwood Retirement leading me to learn a great deal of responsibility and expand my knowledge of cooking and catering events. I am most proud of assisting in opening a restaurant in Edina, Minnesota and was promoted to Sous Chef the day before we opened our doors. I also have a strong background working with urban communities through various organizations ranging from food education, to event planning, to political involvement and volunteering. My passion lies, as always, working with senior communities and bringing them together while improving quality of life through food, as well as music.
