The second study investigated Care Deserts, identifying regions in Iowa lacking services and resources for older adults. Responsibilities included collecting and analyzing secondary data, inputting data into the SPSS database, conducting literature reviews, and creating a Qualtrics survey for Iowa State Extension & Outreach staff to assess resources available in their served counties.
