As a Tax Manager, at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett I review and manage the preparation of tax returns and related tax planning, while building client relationships through communication and trust. My extensive experience with multiple industries including international tax, manufacturing, S-corporations, and individual tax clients of all sizes allow me to serve a variety of clients. I specialize in international tax and am a member of CSH’s international tax committee. I frequently work with foreign owned business clients and clients with foreign subsidiaries. I also assist the individual owners of pass-through entities with foreign activity to ensure they meet all tax reporting requirements. Additionally, I consult on complex tax issues for clients who are expanding to foreign countries for the first time or experiencing new opportunities outside of the US.
