Engage operations, maintenance, and Polyethylene Tech Center to quickly address equipment issues, process fouling, and OD improvement opportunities. Achievements include setting multiple monthly production and prime records, setting annual total production record on D-train 2019, improving transition offgrade on D-train by 12% in 2020, setting new annual train stop record on A-train in 2021. Ongoing achievements include implementing continuous procedure and OD improvements on sieve bed regeneration while simultaneously running DOE to determine causing of reactor poisons, running successful High Temperature Catalyst trial and qualifying two new products.

Managed small expense and aggregate capital projects, working with the Polyethylene Tech Center, maintenance, and Engineering Solutions for project scope and design. Facilitated score and prioritization of improvement ideas to secure funding. Coordinated project installation with operations and updated operating procedures for new systems. Achievements include implementing LOPA gap closure projects that included SIS loops and overpressure protection, installing pilot operated valves on multiple API drums to reduce emissions for environmental compliance, installing two re-designed exchangers to reduce fouling and eliminate early failure, and supporting two major turnarounds where multiple small projects were managed and executed.
