I am a student at Point Loma Nazarene University studying Business Marketing and considering a finance minor. I am currently working as a part time CFO intern at Sierra Nevada Construction in Sparks, NV. In this role, I am tasked with handling financial planning, writing job and bidding contracts, liability insurance contracts, and managing cash flow for the company and specific field jobs. This internship has aided me discovering my interest and commitment for financial tasks and roles. I plan to use my future degree in marketing to work in the world of sports. I am dedicated to earning a role where I am able to incorporate my communication and interpersonal skills with my determination, confidence, and perseverance. I have always had a passion for sports, whether it was watching, analyzing, or playing. I continue this passion while playing competitive volleyball for PLNU's club team. The mathematical and analytical aspects of sports caught my eye in high school and I have made it a goal to continue and peruse this passion. I am striving for a position, such as a Director of Finance in Marketing, where I can express creativity and ideas through sales and marketing while also have financial responsibilities.
