In this role, I performed many duties. Including but not limited to: supervising shifts, closing management, counting money and profit, coaching employees, and training. I learned how to communicate effectively with the management team, my coworkers, and customers. I learned a good amount during my time here about food safety and child labor laws.This job helped me to be skilled at learning new concepts while working under high amounts of pressure. I learned how to have excellent customer service skills and how to ensure every customer leaves happy. I learned how to handle unhappy customers and how to resolve conflicts with customers, and conflicts between employees. I mediated between regular employees and upper management.
