Growing up I wanted to work in illustration, drawing for Disney and children's books. I loved painting by numbers so I find it ironic that I now spend most of my time working in a virtual workspace called EY Canvas. I still plan to convert my shed into an art studio in my retirement, but until then I get to work with some amazing and talented people at EY. I now lead audits of private equity and real estate funds, working with clients across the world. I love travelling and learning about different cultures and I get to do this every day with the diverse teams I work with. I'm passionate about gender equality and female leadership. I think mentoring is very powerful and I love joining local mentoring schemes to share knowledge, experiences and get to know other professionals. Countries I've travelled to: France, Spain, Portugal, Italty, Netherlands, Greece, Romania, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Denmark, Morocco, Mexico, United States, Canada and India.
