As Creator Experiences + Events Program Manager I am responsible for our holistic event strategy. This includes directing and defining the goals and objective for various types of events that we, as a business, participate in and/ our produce. Some of my responsibilities include: - Content + Programming Development - Speaker Procurement, contract negotiation, relationship, etc. - Channel KPI's and outcomes- Manage and maintain events budget - Represent ConvertKit as an industry expert and host roundtables, breakout sessions, masterminds, etc.

As a result of the world shutting down in 2020, our event strategy pivoted and turned into Creator Sessions - an online virtual event series designed to inspire and educate Creators to follow their passion. This series brought brand awareness to our business in the music industry across managers, artists, labels, etc. Ultimately it kickstarted ConvertKit's acquisition of FanBridge. The series amassed over 13m views and an average watch time of over 11-minutes (for long-form content that is an impressive feat). As Host and Executive Producer, I interviewed and directed some of musics most talented artists. After joining the ConvertKit team, I quickly realized that we needed to adapt to serve the needs of our target customers.
