- Created and launched a new duplication system. My team was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the launch campaign, field training campaign, monthly content strategy, and execution of all social assets, guides, tools, Ambassador shareables, and weekly field led trainings. - Partnered with the sales to team to create a monthly sales messaging strategy that aligned communications, marketing, sales drivers, and training to ensure the field knew how to activate and drive sales.- Created product launch toolkits for all new products. Developed a pre-launch, launch, and post-launch training and sales strategy for new products to ensure products were successfully launched to the field. This included training videos, live broadcasts, shareable social assets, guides, training, and sales enablement. - Developed a new onboarding system for Ambassadors that included new opportunity videos, getting started guides, and shareable assets that were key in the success of the new duplication system.

- Spearheaded ongoing North America training content to support strategic business growth via printed literature, leadership events, webinars, marketing initiatives, video production, and other shareable resources that empowered Brand Partners to share Young Living.- Collaborated with influential field leaders in a unique corporate-Brand Partner partnership where we lead virtual and in-person train the trainer classes to help grow organizations.- Created shareable onboarding tools designed to drive customer acquisition, leadership growth, and retention. Collaborated with field leaders, and cross-functionally, to create eBooks, Youtube playlists, shareable graphics, guides, and class scripts.- Evaluated previous email campaigns and collaborated with the Communications team to create a 90-day onboarding email campaign that increased second and third orders placed.

- Grew the Training and Education social media groups and pages to over 850,000 collective followers in under 4 years with no paid endorsements or advertising.- Developed weekly training videos to onboard new customers and provide education that helped increase retention in an effective, fun, and shareable format.- Responsible for the strategic development and implementation of product training and follow-up marketing plans for global product launches.
