I am a Training Coordinator at Sanimax, a leading company in the rendering and recycling industry. I plan and lead monthly training sessions for all operations departments, ensuring that the employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks safely and efficiently. I also coordinate the onboarding and integration of new hires, communicating with managers and on-floor staff to identify their training needs and expectations. In my role, I leverage my core competencies in communication, project management, and media creation, which I have developed through my education and previous work experiences.I am finishing my Bachelor's degree in Human Biology & Biomedical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and I am passionate about improving health outcomes and patient care. I have experience as a Pharmacy Technician/Intern at Walgreens, where I discussed medication concerns and explained proper usage with new patients, organized and maintained detailed inventory, and created accurate labels in a fast-paced environment. I also have certifications as a Nursing Assistant and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, which demonstrate my commitment to patient safety and quality care.
