As the Program Manager for Answer Health on Demand, I strive to improve the way healthcare is accessed by patients and provided by physicians. I work with health plans, employers, and third party administrators to lower the overall cost of care for the consumers, while helping physicians interact with and better care for patients by integrating new technologies. My responsibilities include all client relation functions, including sales, account management, community relations, and marketing, as well as, business development, program development, and strategic planning.

Develop programs for various service lines (Primary Care, Post Acute Care, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Pulmonary, Urgent Care) that promote the use of digital healthcare solutions as an effective way to provide medical care and solve complex challenges within the system. Collaborated with all stakeholders to ensure workflows, training and operational readiness.Launched a 24/7/365 online health clinic that provides acute care to patients, members, and the community. Recruited, hired, and trained providers, developed workflows, processes, policies, and algorithms to provide asynchronous care model. Served as the account manager and point of contact for all employer clients.

Highlights:- Developed materials and standardization of marketing to new patients which enhanced the experience for 1,300 patient’s monthly- Standardized the distribution of forms for primary care practices and reduced the overall number of distributed forms by 66% ensuring compliance and accuracy of documents distributed- Created intranet pages to accommodate the needs of the department and decrease workloads and necessity of mass email communications to staff, fostering collaboration and communication- Created employee engagement surveys and measured employee satisfaction data to identify areas of opportunity
